It was a beautiful day in Baldwin Park for a culinary celebration in Orlando. The first annual event featured food and wine pairings from local restaurants and Australian Wine Imports. Special guest chefs from Tampa and Miami made the trip to join in on the festivities. The event supported the Next Generation of Great American Chefs in partnership with The James Beard Foundation National Scholars Program. Executive Chef/Partner Greg Richie impressed with a House Mustard Roasted Spring Lamb on a buttermilk waffle with fresh English peas, garden baby carrots and sorghum syrup reduction. It’s always great seeing familiar faces while being surrounded by great music, food and wine.
