Guest Appearance at The COOP

Restaurateur John Rivers invited Executive Chef/Partner Greg Richie to The COOP for his Chef Series. Together, Chef Richie and Chef Rivers performed a cooking demo on some of their Southern favorites while giving guests advice and cooking tips. Richie revealed his recipe for a Soco favorite – his Chicken-fried New York Strip with White Truffle Pepper Gravy. Chef Rivers ended the meal with a sweet note by sharing his cinnamon roll bread recipe.
