Soco Restaurant was honored to be invited to participate in the Taste 4 Toolbox event put on by the Toolbox4Life program. Executive Chef/Partner Greg Richie along with award-winning Chefs John Rivers, Kathleen Blake, Kevin Fonzo and Jean-Stephanie Poinard whipped up delicious bites to support the Toolbox4Life program and their students. Richie served up his Korean Fried Chicken Bao with fermented radish and cucumber, a fan-favorite from our sister restaurant, Baoery Asian Gastropub. The delectable fares from the chefs were paired with select wines and beer. The event included inspiration interviews from Toolbox4Life graduates and a silent auction.
